The freehold of this once famous sporting bar is now available. It is located in an elevated position overlooking Puerto Colon beach. The owner has to sell as he is relocating back to the UK.

The bar is no longer trading and will require a full refurbishment. This is a large venue measuring 90m2 inside with a 50m2 sunshine terrace.
