Exchange Rates & Asking Prices
On our listings pages, the first mentioned price is the actual asking price of the business and the currency in which it is to be sold in.
The following sterling or euro equivalents are approx exchange rates quoted at the time of listing and are as a reference guide only.
Tenerife Business Rental Amounts
The rental figures quoted are the current amounts paid to the landlords excluding IGIC @ 5%.
It is important to note the rent could be subject to increase upon the transfer of a business (as per the laws of Spain). Not all landlords do this, but best to allow for a 10 to 15% increase just in case.
Once a new lease contract has been confirmed, the rent can then only be increased throughout the whole term by the official cost of living index as published by the authorities each year.
